I would rate him lower if I could they evicted in the middle But more supposedly home owners association fees that she is the President. And there has never been a board meeting and we have never been able to elect any members, but yet they evicted me. This is my second year renting from Lamar Properties. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasurable experience. They are very consistent in meeting the needs of the renter and fixing any problem that may arise. Response times are 5 stars!
Rented from Mrs Tammy for a little over a year! They were great landlords never had any issues with them they were always good to us and respectful timber trails rd homes are beautiful and very quiet neighborhood

This was the best rental property and management I have ever worked with, hands down! Genuine and down to earth family and I am forever grateful to be able to rent from them. They were always available whenever I had a question. They were able to accommodate me for the short time I was in Lafayette while waiting for my graduate school acceptance. If I am ever back in Lafayette or know someone wanting to rent I will 100% be recommending them!
