Joe DiStefano was great to work with. Throughout the entire process, he was able to either answer any questions I had or find the answer to my questions. I was anxious at a few points during it, and he did a great job to alleviate my concerns. He also did a great job relating to us and figuring out was important to our search. We had a couple speed bumps at the end due to another company, and Joe handled it like a champ. He pushed to get things resolved so we didn't have to delay our closing. Deborah O'Hanlon assisted us as the seller through a year long process of getting our property ready for the market. Katie Poirier was and is awesome...I've heard a lot about Lamacchia being the best. That's why I called them in the first place..no I'm not being paid for this..just super impressed..sold my house in three days..for more than I was asking...doesn't get any better than that...call Katie, tell her Brian sent you. Joe DiStefano was great! He was very responsive to all our inquiries regarding our real estate transaction. We utilized his extensive knowledge of the local market and the unique characteristics of the houses in the area. Joe was instrumental in educating us about the real estate process in MA. We have also utilized many of his local contacts regarding various projects to make our new house a home. He is detail oriented and a great listener!
Joe was great! He listened to everything I had to say about buy property, all the upgrades, and so forth. He looked at area comps, and together we decided on an asking price that was right on. My property sold quickly, and he took care of all the details.
