Great communication from everyone in this office regarding scheduling, during appointments, and when reviewing care & treatment options. Knowledgable, reasonable, kind, and straightforward at every appointment my family has had.
Had an emergency, they did squeeze me in. However, they charge substantially more than Chamberlain, who was our family dentist for the duration of his time in this office. Do not take care credit or any low tier insurance. Dr Lam is not there to help. As I left, he only wanted to remind me that I owed him for 15 minutes in his chair. I recommend going ANYWHERE else. My family will be finding a new dentist after my experience.
