Way overpriced. I won't recommend him to others. He is kind of arrogant, and doesn't listen to patients.
The clinic is very dirty. The service, especially repairing skill is very bad. the attitude is rude.
Make no question about it -- Dr. Lam does top-notch work in whatever procedure he performs -- BUT, and there is a BIG BUT coming -- he does every procedure under the sun including periodontal surgery, bone gafts, root canals, deep cleanings, etc. And he is only a general dentist, not a specialist. That, in my mind, is what causes the conflict of interest in this mild mannered, highly skilled dentist. This dentist is one of the best i have ever had in my life. He made it easy to make appointments and the people there were nice and made me feel comfortable. I REALLY recomment people to come
I think the cost is relative and result is always good by him. However, since his first language is Chinese and majority of the staff talk in Chinese in the office, I have had hard time understanding what was happening in the office at times.
expensive... but staffs are really nice there. Very courteous. they made sure i ate enough food before started on my treatment.
Dr. Lam is the best dentest ever I've tried. He explains details of dental works by drawing pictures although I am not familar with the works.
Dr. Lam and his staff are terrific. I live in Tampa FL and travel to see him. While he is not inexpensive, insurance has covered the costs. Rather extensive work with no pain!
I am seeing Dr. Lee at this dental office. Dr. Lee did a tremendous job on my family and I. I've referred many freinds and family to him because I think his service and work is worth every cent in my wallet. I've never been so decisive when choosing a dentist. I'm glad I've found my long term dentist. He makes you feel comfortable and no pressure coming from him. Young or Old, this dentist can handle them all.!
