Don't express any dissatisfaction as you WILL be terminated as a patient. They call to tell you that you have an appointment but you get there & the nurse practitioner won't see you. I got upset and that caused them to refuse me as patient. I didn't yell, cuss, cause a scene, or anything of the sorts other than get upset I wasted so much time out of my day & I get punished. Find a better,kinder,more understanding place to go I beg you!
THE STAFF AND MADISON KEARNEY ARE AWESOME AND VERY RECEPTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENT. I NEED TO LOOK AT SKIN TAGS AND FOUND A DR. KEARNEY WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME.
I have been a a patient with them for over a year. They go out of their way to drag everything out and make you make multiple appointments. For procedures, my last dermatologist would do same day.All they do is want more co.Pays looking for a new provider up date 6 days after i gave my review the office manager called to tell me because a gave them an unflattering review they are cancelling the procedure i waited weeks to schedule EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
My husband and I have both had a great experience at Lam Dermatology! Fast appointments and a great team!
