I came in to address acne scarring and facial redness, not recurring acne. The dermatologist did not listen to me at all and repeatedly dismissed what I was explaining, even after I clearly stated the breakout was food-related and temporary. Before I could finish asking questions, she left the room and sent someone else in with a DVD about Accutane, a pretty intense treatment I did not want or ask about. First visit. Friendly, efficient and thorough.
Dr. Reddy was kind, efficient and friendly. She was thorough with my exam and knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Will definitely be going back. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
