From the first phone call with Holly- she was so sweet and helpful- I made an appointment. The entire staff is wonderful and all the testing and machines are run like clockwork. Dr. Lalin is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Definitely a first class doctor and staff!
Dr. Lalin,I was scheduled for cataract surgery in November, but you didn’t proceed because my heart was beating too fast. Dr. Lalin has excellent hands and a mind -- and heart -- to match. He has listened carefully to every concern that I have raised, then explained in appropriate detail how he will address the issues. He has performed surgery on my eyes four different times, each time with amazing results. I give him by highest possible recommendation.
From my first office visit thru my eye surgery and follow up visits Dr. Lalin, his entire office staff and surgical team could not have made me feel more comfortable about my eye surgery. Dr. Shah is also an important asset to his team and also so professional and caring. You are not just a number but an individual and treated as such. I could not be more pleased by my choice of Dr. Lalin and the care he has given me. A truly kind man and exceptional eye surgeon.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lalin as my surgeon for my cataracts! I was very nervous and he was patient, compassionate and answered every question I had. He made me feel a lot better about the surgery. I had an appointment the day after my surgery and the results were amazing! I can see! It's worth mentioning that his entire staff was great as well. Went to Dr. Lalin more than a decade ago for I need regular check ups for my wet macular degeneration. Visiting him two to four times a year is normal and already considered part of the routine. During this 10 year span, I had leaks of fluid and needed emergency care and was taken care of immediately! Dr. Lalin is extremely professional and patient. He takes time to explain everything clearly and offers all available options. He is educated in the latest technology and procedures. I trust him completely and he has performed two procedures on my eyes. Both had successful outcomes with no complications.

Bad. Spoilt my eyes and my friend's husband's eyes! We both need glasses after the cataract surgery. Extremely long and painful wait times. Patients with appointments from 9 am to 11 am keep arriving at his office, and wait. When the hall is bursting with patients, and they feel frustrated and complain to the office staff about their long wait; the office staff calls him on phone. Then, he appears withing 10 minutes; and rushes the patients out of his office.
