I booked an appointment for 6:00 PM, but was told to wait for over 1 hour upon arrival. This isn’t the first time—it's happened to me three times now. If walk-ins are going to be prioritized or there aren't enough barbers available, then what's the point of offering online appointments? It's extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please stop accepting online bookings if you can't honor them. People value their time—respect that.
Hands down one of the best haircut I have received. If anyone is looking for a fresh haircut I would suggest Sukhwinder he goes by the name Sukh and I have to admit he’s very skilled and talented at what he’s doing. I left my hair in his hands and just told him a little bit of what I wanted and he delivered it so well. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a fresh cut. But all the staffs there are really talented and I will definitely be visiting Lalaji for my cuts again. 10/10 experience.
