Very professional, shows great concern for patients
Dr. Kanaan is very compassionate and listens to her patients concerns.
Informative, helpful, plesant.. She is brilliant.
I was highly pleased with my visits with Dr Kannan. Very professional. Explained what needed to be done and was extremely helpful in referring me to another Doctor for another problem. I find her a wonderful and understanding doctor.
Dr. Kannan was very prompt, caring and detailed in delivering her diagnosis and prognosis. I would recommend her to prospective patients.
Dr. Kannan is the kindest provider that I have ever had for a treatment provider. she is very thorough and super supportive with me. she always has time for me and she is very honest with her exams.

I had to call them to schedule an appointment. They didn't call me after my pcp made the referral. I have a lung problem. The hospital received the order on 10-25-19. I had a Lung biopsy that was scheduled for 11-6-19. I went to the supposedly scheduled Appmt. at the Methodist Charleton Hospital and they have yet to receive the ct scan disk for the radiologist at the hospital to look at. I am very disappointed of that. And upset at the person assigned to send the disc Across The Steet!!!
Dr. Kannan ordered some lab (blood) work for me. My Humana insurance (one of the better plans offered) declined to pay for those tests (over $500) saying they weren't covered however they said with a letter from doctor explaining why these tests were necessary they would reconsider. This was in April 2016. Today 6 Sept. 2016, after three phones calls to her medical assistant I have not received so much as phone call or the letter requested. It will be "a cold day" before I go back.
