Dr. Prathipati has been my PCP for about 4 years. She has always been kind, thorough, and listens. I have never felt rushed and my appointments are typically on time. The office staff has also been great and is always responsive. When I had strep throat in February, I was given a telehealth appointment the day I called and had started antibiotics that night.
