Dr Bala is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her helper during my visit also seemed to be knowledgeable.
Routine visit made very plesant by Dr. Bala. She has great a professional and friendly manner. I didn't have to wait long to see her. Plus, she's the prettiest doctor in the organization!
Dr. Bala always makes me feel that my health is important by answering all my questions and telling me all I need to know.

Dr Bala is extremely patient and her appointments are never rushed. She will not leave the room till each question is answered in detail. Extremely knowledgeable and will give you different treatment options. When I had doubts about certain things, her nurse would send over my queries to Dr Bala and she would immediately reply via emails. I like how prompt she is.
