Horrible experience with this complex over the last year. They are unwilling to work with their tenants with anything. Trying to move out into a house without a set in stone close date and the only thing they're worried about is whether you have turned in a "written notice" to vacate. Yet when trying to call and tell my situation not a single person is ever available. Yet their manager Carrie is certainly willing to tell me that I'm going to owe more money. I do not recommend this place at all. There are so many cockroaches that they even get into your clothes. Neither poison nor cleaning can stop them! The cleanliness of the hallways, stairwells, and smells are terrible. The cigarette and other substance use is unpleasant, even worse for elderly people and children with lung problems. The contract says one thing, and they end up overcharging, and the excuse is that the bank is to blame, when in fact it isn't! There's always an excuse to make themselves look good! Horrible management. Won't stop other tenants from messing up your living area. Bird feeders over my balcony. Covered in seed and bird shit. Won't do anything about it. Should be fun this summer trying to grill burgers with seeds and shit falling in my food.
