I have seen Xylo at LaKoet and LaKoet Deux multiple times since 2020. I almost refrained from writing this review because I think she is a great person and stylist. However, I must: The last time I went to LaKoet (Deux) and my hair was styled by Xylo, I had to wait for my appointment time to begin. OK, no worries--I was talked into a treatment for my hair to help with dryness and shine. OK fine, I'll pay for this extra service since I'm waiting anyway. This is the best salon in Jersey City - hands down. I have been going to Kitty and now Xylo for about 10 years and I feel badly I have not take a moment to write a review until now. Not only are both of these artists amazingly talented, the salon are so welcoming, so pleasant, and so relaxing. Every experience I have had has been stellar! And - they are now an Aveda salon too, which is such great news. I highly recommend you give them a shot!

I was lucky enough to book Elena last minute for an updo for my elopement. Not only was she beyond sweet, accommodating and professional, but my updo was PERFECT! I had shown her a photo of what I was hoping it would look like, and she was able to replicate the look in a little over an hour.
