Had an ablation 2 weeks ago, reference a spinal cord stimulator that was shocking me. At that appointment, Dr Lakaddi and I spoke about removing the malfunctioning implanted device I currently have, and inserting a different one. Again, this was 2 weeks ago. I haven't been able to use this device without getting shocked for over a month, now I find out the paperwork that needs to be sent to the VA has not yet even been created by Dr. Lakaddi's team! Someone dropped the ball big time, either Dr Lakaddi himself, or his team
