I’ve been waiting over 2½ months for a call back to schedule an appointment, and I still haven’t heard anything. The office never returns calls, which is extremely frustrating. When I do go in person, the wait times are insanely long—usually 2 to 3 hours every visit. I understand delays can happen in any doctor’s office, but this has become a consistent issue. This level of scheduling and time management is unacceptable, and I hope the office makes serious improvements.
I just want to say this is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She LISTENS. She HELPS. She is not only a good OBGYN, she is a great person - and that makes all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Eaton. You make so much more of a positive impact than you will ever know.
I love me some Dr. Eaton! I moved to the A from NY 7 years ago and am SO glad I found a good GYN.
Haven't found a better OBGYN on the East Coast. She's super knowledgable, caring, and compassionate.
