We were looking at purchasing a 14k gold ring and the employee helping us was extremely rude and ripped the jewelry out of our hands as we were making our decision. I absolutely do not recommend this place and there are MANY, better stores in Waikiki to shop for jewelry at.
I came in to purchase a necklace but was turned away from the store because I had too much sand on my shoes. The sales associate was quite rude about it. I would hope they would be kinder to potential customers.

Jade has offered me a reasonable price and was very accommodating in finding my perfect plumeria design 14k solid gold earrings! The boutique has so many designs to choose from and provides a spacious and nice shopping experience. I will definitely come back again!
