As a Bricklayer my job is physically demanding. I spent several years taking ibuprofen and just waiting the pain out. I started receiving adjustments about a year ago at Lakewood Chiropractic and I have never felt better. I am an instructor for the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers now and I stress the importance of chiropractic care to all my students. I'm addicted to my weekly adjustments. I feel great and the staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Even though I have to been coming for years I always learn new things about health, drugs and environmental factors that affect my health.

I've been going to lakewoods for over ten years it is the best decision I have made. I can tell a difference when I'm not adjusted for a few weeks and I know I need to go in to an adjustment. My dad didn't like the idea of a chiropractor said it wasn't worth it until one day he couldn't hardly walk and doctors wanted to do surgery my mom begged him to just try getting an adjustment and it worked wonders 6 years later at age 65 he still works full time doing construction and never had to have the surgery
Dr Gerard (and the other doctors and staff as well) at Lakewoods Chiropractic are great! I had headaches and neck aches, upper and lower backaches. The chiro adjustments have eliminated the headaches and keep my backaches under control. I also have occassional flare ups in shoulder joints and with slight adjustments its back in line. Recently jammed my thumb and it hurt to touch it for several days - a small adjustment to that and the pain was immediately relieved and tenderness disappeared within minutes! I found out about Lakewoods Chiropractic on FB so I'm glad to rate it on there as well. Im still pretty new at this chiropractic stuff and was really sceptical but they were so very thorough in showing me how my body was trying so hard to do me wrong that I just had to give it a try. Im pleased to say that slowly but very surely it is working in my favor! and I hope to be able to post later on here with the fact that I don't have to worry about my back going out on me and my headaches are doing better!
I've been coming to Lakewoods for 1.5 years. Since coming my headaches have nearly disappeared and my sinus issues/ allergies have been much less severe. Also, I had a very smooth, almost pain free twin pregnancy, likely due to being adjusted.
