If you want to be micromanaged by a group of old people with nothing better to do, welcome to lakewoode! The electrical work in the buildings are ancient, can't even run a hair-dryer and gaming console at the same time without blowing a fuse. There are no garbage bins so every Thursday you see piles of garbage in front of all the units that blow away in the wind.
