Daisy, Tyler, Lauren, Sandro....ALL names that are synonymous with "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!! I have been a member of this location since 3wks prior to the opening! Daisy signed me up!! I love this place! Employees are VERY personable & smiley!!!!! ��
Daisy is the reason that I am writing this horrible review. I love planet fitness and I have been a member several months. However, Daisy just doesn’t know customer service and she hung up on me when I asked her a question! When I called back she was laughing and acted like she had absolutely no remorse and didn’t care that I had a GHOST CHARGE on my account. Planet fitness can think Daisy for helping them lose another loyal customer! LA Fitness treats me better anyway �
Just joined beginning of the year, pretty good and clean
Was in town for a month for a work training and got hooked up with their month by month pass. Great gym, great staff. I’ll probably look for a planet fitness back home. Thanks guys!
