I always had problems with contact lenses and Dr. Ross and Colleen worked with me until I had the best vision and comfort that I could get with my contact lenses. Colleen helped me pick out glasses that I get many compliments on. After the care I received I will never go anywhere else.
I would not recommend this service based on how I was treated. I was seen in October 2007 for blurry vision. I had a thorough exam, but my contact was uncomfortable. My complaints were answered by the nurse saying there is an adjustment period. I picked up another lense after rubbing this one out for another time of adjusting and after several weeks I am now blurry.
