I became a customer a few months ago. The entire staff: Stephanie, Christian, Chris, and the maintenance guy, have been professional, warm, and always willing to help. They make the effort to listen to your needs and concerns. They work with a sense of urgency whenever you voice a concern. The facility is SPOTLESS AND WELL MAINTAINED. We have used Lakewood Storage for our business for over 20 years. The facility is always clean, safe and well managed. Stephanie and Christian are great. So is their maintenance person.
