These amazing hardworking nurses are under staffed. Our healthcare system sucks. We shouldn’t have to spend the night to care for our families just because there’s not enough staff. The nurses and CNA’s work tirelessly to care for patients. I felt so bad for them, Jesswin great nurse did excellent with my grandmother.

Dawn Sovanasy - CNA 2 South Med/Surg I’d like to personally thank Dawn Sovanasy for her compassion and the care she gave me when I fractured my femur and had to go through the night on pain meds. Surgery wasn’t scheduled until the following afternoon. I’ve had a baby, 10 spinal surgeries, knee replacement, etc., so I have a very high pain tolerance. To the Patient Relations Management Team, I am filing a formal grievance regarding the dangerous and unprofessional conduct of Dr. Viet Duong, MD, and the front desk staff during my husband's recent visit to your Emergency Room. My husband arrived with severe chest pain, back pain, and shortness of breath.
