Would certainly come back here if I was sick again, the staff were all super nice and understanding, in my opinion better than UCI los alamitos they made sure I got my required medication on time and didn’t hesitate to help me in any way in which Los alamitos failed to do so and I’m never returning there. I was admitted at both hospitals for sepsis and I prefer Lakewood over Los Alamitos because they didn’t give me my anti seizure medication on time and now I can’t fall asleep without falling into a seizure, Lakewood UCI doc... read more

I went to this hospital not that long ago I was seen in the Emergency Room and when the lady took an ultrasound for the bump underneath my right armpit I saw the screen the bump was as big as the screen so she never even put that information down on my paperwork so I just left so now my whole right arm hurts when it gets cold. I think I'm gonna have to Sue The Hospital! Because whoever took my ultrasound that day was wrong for not including it on my chart! That nurse should honestly be FIRED!
I have had Great help at UCI in Lakewood..the ER was fast..I had a dog bite and I was only there for 3 hours..I had to have a IV put in for infection...great nurses kind and great help..it was clean...
