My grandmother who has dementia is in this hospital right now and her neighbor is being very rude and disrespectful and this lady keeps complaining when she is not the only one who needs to receive attention and this lady thinks that she is entitled to and thinking that she is the only one receiving care and attention and it is making me upset
I was 17 just had my son and you guys turned me away when I walked into the emergency room. I had told the lady my age she didn’t even get my name yet and she said sorry can’t help you. The medical director should really step up about rejecting patients that need to be seen. I was considering suing horrible hospital don’t go here!
