Doctor Masterson and his Assistant, Kim did an excellent job fitting the new permanent crown and filling another cavity. Pain free during and after procedure. Thank you both.
I receive the best care every time I go to Lakewood Ranch Dental. Every person that comes in contact with me is professional, respectful and they greet me with a smile. My Dental Hygienist Andrea is amazing, gentle, and so sweet. I'll recommend it anytime!
I love your office. Thanks again to Jaime who went the extra mile to get our orthodontist office to get our daughter's wire in before they left (they had told me no). This ensured she would not be in discomfort while we wait for an opening for an appt. with them which could be several days. She also helped my son with his fear / anxiety. He was very stressed and not cooperative during a cleaning. He always needs some uncomfortable procedure, so he assumes the worst. Angie always does a great job in my cleaning of my teeth. I always feel Good when I go into the office.n Tamara, Colleen and Jamie are always so friendly.
What a great experience. Without going into too much detail, i was treated very kindly and everyone was supper courteous when i may not have been. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
I've never felt more comfortable going into a Dentist's office before. Everyone happily greeted me, smiles abound. I received exceptional care, every procedure was explained to me and any questions I had were answered clearly and put into layman's terms so my workaday brain could comprehend what was happening. 10/10 would have them in my mouth again.
Every time I have an appointment at this practice-They exceed all of my expectations. Very professional, friendly, detailed dental care and honest.
