Terrible Patient Service, I accompanied my husband to his appointment and waited for him in the front lobby with my young daughter and witnessed, the 2 front desk office receptions repeatedly be rude to every patient checking in and checking out after appointments. They really need new staff that show empathy, kindness and patience specially with the elderly patients. So sad to had experienced such bad service with my daughter she was also very saddened by the treatment they people were receiving.
Very bad service by the doctors and staff. Literally made up things to bill me for which I had to fight with them about later. Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone in their billing department by phone or email. I will not ever do business with them again.
Dr was dismissive to my questions and made me feel bad about my situation. Receptionist was not helpful in refilling a prescription. I have found another doctor.
Worst clinic ! They make an appointment for what ? Had me wait 4 hours to get a room. I don’t understand why they have so many people scheduled! They need to learn how to schedule , so people don’t waste their time !
