Dr was dismissive to my questions and made me feel bad about my situation. Receptionist was not helpful in refilling a prescription. I have found another doctor.
Worst clinic ! They make an appointment for what ? Had me wait 4 hours to get a room. I don’t understand why they have so many people scheduled! They need to learn how to schedule , so people don’t waste their time !

Tried to schedule an appt with Dr. Young whom I’ve seen in the past. But since I haven’t seen her at Lakewood Primary (2.5⭐️), the receptionist completely shut me out. Didn’t matter what I said, ZERO access to an appt with Dr. Young ✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻🤚🏻🤚🏻🤚🏻
Going to sue them. Refuse to see me cause I don't have a covid test.
