I have been going to LPA since I was an infant and even take my own children there now. I am now almost 29 years old and can honestly saying within the last 3 years this place has gone down hill ever since they joined with seamar and Dr. Weisinger retired.
I have never been put on hold for more then a few minutes. now when I call I'm put on hold for over 30 minutes for a 2 minute conversation and still have to be called back to schedule an appointment. all the good staff is gone and the main front receptionist they have is rude and always has an RBF and is never happy or greets people nicely as they come in. the old staff used to make you feel like you were normal for having kids with illness or injury. the new staff seems to be only there for a paycheck. the doctors are great. but there staff needs to step it up or I'll be seeking a new pediatric office!

Dr. Samujh is the sweetest most caring and compassionate person! She’s so great with my son and answers all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place!

love the doctors....really dislike being given legal advice by a receptionist. especially when it does not coincide with the law they are citing.

I have no issue with the doctors or “skilled” labor, it’s the desk staff that u gotta put up with. For an establishment that doesn’t have to check an ID for a minor, if i say 10:40 and the kids first name, that should be easy enough. Naw make it a hastle and try to get tough with me, when I don’t even care what last name u have on file because you’re going to see her anyway. Keeps asking for shot records cuz you’ll never get those either. Thank god a phone call is all that’s needed now so I’ll never have to step foot in this place again.

This is a GREAT PLACE...We have been coming here since my son was first born over 9yrs ago and now both my kids come here... Thx to Dr. Tran and the team at Lakewood Pediatric for your care, patience and professionalism

Yeah if you have other options I would find another provider group. This office has lost blood work, overlooked the severity of a dehydrated infant and give an overall feeling that they want you in and out no education of conditions which equal a lack of caring. I have found one doctor here that is the exception, but hopefully your child doesn't get sick as it is always a hassle to get care! Like I said if you have other options I would highly suggest looking at another set of providers.

We have been seeing Dr. Coe since my daughter was days old. She has always been great with our girl and understanding. The front office staff is always friendly and appointments are easy to come by. Would recommend Lakewood Pediatric Associates to anyone looking for a new doctor for their kiddos.
