I was really nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Quinn and his team did a fantastic job!!
I am very uneasy at the dentist yet Dr. Koshman and her entire staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. It was wonderful to speak to a staff that was both intelligent and courteous. I called around and found their prices in line with everyone else's and they excepted my insurance. They made me aware before doing anything just what it would cost, what insurance would cover and what the procedure involved. The staff and Dr. Quinn are wonderful! Probably the best dental experience I have had.
It was time, I had to do something! I wish I could remember names but I don't-the staff at this office is amazing!! From the lady who took my call, who allowed me to talk as well as cry as I explained my anxiety and fear. The exam was completed with such respect for my fear-no judgment nor comments that made me feel shame. I was told what was being done, I was comforted when they could tell I was feeling uneasy and apprehensive.
