I was pleased overall and found Dr. Carrick to be very knowledgeable and professional, as well as his assistant. The surgery went better than expected, which is a compliment from someone who generally dreads having any type of denstistry performed. However, I was surprised that I was not given "pre-surgical" instructions or written "post-surgical" instructions, and when I called the office immediately after my procedure and left a message asking for these instructions, my call was not returned by the staff.
