I was surprised at the new gadget (jaw rest) that held open my mouth and sucked out debris simultaneously. It was awesome. I have no pain or inflamation. The lobby wait time was maybe 5 minutes before the staff began the work. Their ability to communicate through the use of headphones enabled a smooth and efficeit procedure. Thanks MPDC your the bomb.

I came in today for a major project to my top front six teeth. Having historically had bad dental experiences (at other Dentists' office in NY and NJ), I was a bit nervous to say the least. Dr. Richards talked me through each step of the process, and, together with his assistant, they made the experience as pleasant as possible, and the end result was FANTASTIC!!!

I always have good visits when I come in and today was no exception. Melanie was constantly making sure I was comfortable and at ease. And Dr Richards knows my dental trauma history and does his very best to insure a pain and stress free experience. One day, my hands won't sweat (ha,ha).
