My mother passed this April everything was paid for in advance ,waiting on headstone. Talked to Lakewood and they called who ever does the delivery of them and we were told when they get a load they would deliver it.Told them that was not the case it was paid for and it was there responsibility to have it on her grave.Wanted it on it before her birthday, they tell people they are here to help them with there loss but it seems they just want to make sure you pay for everything and then give u the run around
