They sold my elderly father a used car for ****** and then they told him he was getting a law enforcement discount. He is a former police officer....they then took him back to sign papers and didn't disclose the ***** DOLLARS that was added on. Paying 1***** DOLLARS for a used car. I went into Lakewood Ford and bought a Bronco at the beginning of this year. I traded in my 2015 Dodge Charger. As soon as I mentioned I was trading my Dodge Charger, they took my keys to take it back and do an "appraisal" of the car. They gave me a good deal. I signed all the paperwork and went on my way. Now, 5 months later and after I've made 4 payments on my new loan, the finance manager called me asking me to come in and sign a document saying that the mileage on the Dodge was incorrectly noted as 67K miles and that it ... read more

However, this has never been done at Lakewood Ford and will NEVER be done as long as I am responsible for it. Occasionally, with the thousands of transactions that we process yearly, mileage or numbers are recorded inaccurately. if i was able to give then a 0 for stars i would. Took my car in for a 30000 check up on 4/21/2021 dropped off the night before, since it was a 9 a.m. apt. called at 2:30 and was told my car wasn't on the schedule and the receptionist had no clue where it was but it wasn't there. Tryed to talk to a manger and was told they were all in meetings. call back. i did 15 min later it went to voice mail left a message and said if they didn't have it i needed to call 911 and file a report.
