Only see Natalie the pa. Never see Karen and there's another lady I wont see. I only come here bc natalie is caring, compassionate, and helpful!
I love Karen & Natalie! I think their office help could use a few smiles but I have been going there for 16 + years and recommend it highly!
Very long wait times. Staff not friendly. Seems as patient unimportant.
Been coming here since I was 5. I am now 31. Lady today at the front window 3-10-15 is VERY rude!!!!! I give 5 stars because I love Dr. Francis. But think they should find someone who isn't so rude to greet people. For the rude lady at the front window you get 0 stars!!!! #dontmesswithsickpeople
