Pretty simple routine clean-up with no mishaps. Felt comfortable during the whole time the assistant worked on my teeth, which was a better experience compared to other times where a dentist or assistant was a little too hard on my teeth during the whole cleaning process.

Dr. Flanagan puts a great deal of personal care into each dental appointment. He really listens to all concerns and is very patient.

They are always very friendly and helpful! I am the type of person who has lots of questions and everyone in the office answers without looking annoyed which is a plus. I have gone to Lasting Impressions several times to get my teeth cleaned and check ups after my wisdom teeth were removed. I always leave feeling satisfied!

We were switched over to this dentist. I was a little concerned that we liked the prior dentist so much that we would not like the new dentist. Not the case. Dr. Flannagan and his staff knew who I was when I walked in and greated me like part of the family. Dr. Flannagan and his staff took time to talk to me and explained everything they were doing or going to do.
