Exceptional care! Everyone….front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. made me fell well cared for. Very thorough when explaining what to expect etc.
Had an appointment for 3pm the following day. They called and wanted to move it up. I was told no eating 24 hours before. When they called to confirm , I was told I shouldn’t have ate. When stating it was more than 36 hours. The instructions over text are different from what they confirm on the phone. I had to cancel my appointment and now we’ll be going somewhere else.
To echo the frustrations of many other reviewers, the billing process is a joke. I sent a question back to their "Insurance Verifier" before the procedure and never received a response. So I had to fork over $1,100 on day of procedure (I was having a routine colonoscopy- should be covered in full by insurance; and an endoscopy, which is what I was in theory paying for). 3 weeks after procedure I received my UHC EOB that says I should only have paid $638.
