I had a procedure here 3 weeks ago and was told I needed to pay ~ $1000 out of pocket before they would continue with the procedure. The following week my insurance sends me the invoices that they have paid the procedure in full and I should not have paid anything out of pocket. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from their 3rd party billing company or anyone at the office to clear up the discrepancy, I have never received an invoice for the procedure from the office and have know idea what my $1000 was for... read more
Their front desk staff, and their billing department is a mess. If your procedure is 100% covered by insurance, it's probably a great experience. If you need to make payments, or deal with the administration at all, I'd recommend finding somewhere else to go. I've been trying to pay my balance in full for 3 weeks and can't get a call back. After how rude they were when my card was declined on the day of the procedure, I thought they would want to be paid. I just want to be done with this place.
Routine procedure
Well, I’ve gotten nowhere with this location who has not refunded us my husband‘s colonoscopy procedure back from March which our insurance paid in September and we’ve been lied to a few times over and over and told different things to Blue Cross Blue Shield and they have yet to cut a check and mail it to us. Do not trust paying for a procedure that your insurance covers in advance ever.!! The procedure was fine, but I made a payment at this center the day of my appointment which I was told was the only payment needed. It has been 3 months since I had my procedure and I receive an email bill that shows no payment has been received. I have reached out to the billing department as well as the email the form, but continue to receive emails/texts, etc. about paying a bill.
