Have you ever been to a medical/dental office and was greeted by the DR?! After checking in as a new patient I was welcomed by Dr. Le who took me back and got things started. The staff was so kind and made me feel like we had known each other a very long time. What a great experience. I went in because I had a crown that had come off. They easily could have said I needed a whole new crown which is what I had anticipated. Instead after a thorough exam they happily re-cemented it.
