Felt I rec’d excellent care for my 2 tooth extractions. Staff are pleasant and show genuine concern for your comfort and after care.
I was displeased that the doctor i was just getting use to moved on but the overall service and care/concern from staff is quite excellent
After stating the problem and having it be waved off as a non-issue followed by getting handed a blank sheet of orders with no follow-up; I am befuddled by how any of my dental health issues will be rectified. I am continually dismayed by this location's lack of follow through as well as the sassy fraternization of the front desk in a different language. Personal conversations ought to be held out of the public area. Covering them up by using a different language just makes it feel a bit like a catty jab.
They called me two weeks before my appointment And canceled. Only to reschedule me for four months later. I’ve been going to this dentist for the last eight years. Very disappointed in how they’ve treated a loyal patient.
