Dr. Jenna is the best! Very gentle and knowledgeable.
Stay away, far away from this practice. The front desk staff is comprised of 3 completely clueless women that sit at their computers and have loud personal conversations and that’s about it. It doesn’t take 3 people do do what they do, which is sit on their behinds. When asked about copays and what is covered they automatically tell you it’s not without delving into the specifics of the insurance. I have gotten EOB with a Dr’s name that I didn’t even see. I made the mistake of scheduling a routine dental cleaning at this horrible establishment because I recently moved to Lakewood. Everything with the cleaning was fine, no complaints there. Then the dentist came in and told me that I needed two crowns put in. What?? I’ve never even had a cavity in my life. I attempted to explain this to Dr. Faraj, who completely dismissed me. I walked in asked for help, I was told I was being racist for saying coma esta, as my grandfather is a Spanish man, I was discriminated against by I tall Spanish woman with dark black hair, I was made out to be a criminal in my own state, and country. This is beyond me. I will not recommend this place to anyone in Ohio.
