Worst experience renting ever! Constant harassment from office staff in form of emails, verbals and stickers on cars threatening to tow if you have a dent.
AVOID #14 AND ALL CORNER APARTMENTS!!! IDEALLY AVOID THESE APARTMENTS. Unless you want to have your place broken into because they wouldn't fix the tracks of the door or if you don't want stuff fixed then I wouldn't recommend living here. Not to mention the loudness and one person taking up the whole laundry room and leaving their stuff in there all day. The dryers barely work. These places overcharge and ads a lot of fees. The have an admin fee when they aren't suppose to. They also have a sewage issue that they won't fix. ... read more
