This place is very negligent. They like to lead you on about a family members care and then drop you. I agree with not letting a dog stay here!
My mom has been at this location for several years. They are caring and right on top of everything. They help families to understand and explain when ever I have had any questions. They are clean and I know my mom is very happy and well taken care of. I recommend Lakewood as top touch.

I would not put a dog in your facility, yes it’s clean, the decor is nice. But the care sucks. My mom was in your facility and I wished I could do it all over again, because your understaffed facility would never get a chance at me or my family members again
