I just started a new job and Sandy called to remind me of my appt.@ 7:00. I asked if she could do 6:45a.m because of my new job and without hesitation she said, I will see you at 6:45. She did not have to meet my request but she did. I will always recommend your off to anyone that is looking for great Dental work and individauls that care about taking care off the customer. Sandy is the best!!!!!!
Everything was done well even tho my teeth were uncomfortable for awhile after the pressure of the cleaning which is probably normal.
Dr. Niewald and staff are so accommadating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very accommodating.
Everyone is cordial, the atmosphere is pleasant, the information was complete, and the treatment was great.
I always am treated with respect. Waiting time is minimal. They work hard to schedule appointments that are convenient for my schedule.
I was never a fan of the denist but was very pleased on how I was treated and will be bringing my family in now.
I am very happy to have found Lakewood Dental. I have had such great care. The whole staff is very caring. It's easy to get an appointment that is convenient for my schedule. Everyone was always sensitive to my needs.

Friendly and always have a small town feeling. They entire office staff always know who I am and my family members even though I am only in the office a couple times a year. I almost always have a waiting time of less than 5 minutes to be seen. They always have time for my questions and offer answers to my questions of what is best for me.
