THe staff and Dr. Niewald are very professional and very friendly. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I used to be very anxious visitig the dentist. Not here. Very calming and reassuring atmosphere.
All went as well as a dentist visit can go.
After having an emergency and going to a different DDS, I really appreciate Niewald's talking to me, asking questions,explaining diagnosis and treatment. I refer him to everyone.
Shouldn't have waited 30 yrs or until half my teeth were beyond saving and the rest nearly as bad, but I sure am glad I went to Matt, Chrystal, Erin, Deanna & company (sorry if I misspelled any). These are great people who genuinely care about both your dental care and you as a person. (P.S. I didn't go 30 yrs without seeing a dentist because I love going to the dentist!)
I am sorry.I forgot the name of my hygienist. She was awesome. I had no pain in my gums or teeth following the procedure. I did not have to take any meds.I was eating at Red Lobster that night, as if nothing ever happened.I also really appreciate Deane's persistence trying to get one of my two visits needed in prior to year end.

You know you are in for pain when you visit your dentist. WRONG!! Matt Niewald and his staff make the visit as painless as can be. So caring and sensitive about the problems I was experiencing. I was informed on what was being done every step of the way
