Dr. Niewald and his staff are always professional, kind and even fun to be with. Sandy and Matt are always concerned about my comfort and Dr. Matt does a great job of only doing work that is needed for dental health while thoroughly explaining every aspect of my care. I have complete confidence in all work that is done and any that is prescribed.

Very friendly office staff. I liked that I got right in and was ready to leave early. The doctor came in quickly and he checked the inside of my mouth and tongue.

I normally do not give 5 star ratings as there always is room for improvement but I cannot think of any for Matt Niewald and his staff constantly makes it a pleasure to to visit.
Once Dr. Niewald got to me the visit went great. But, I feel he took too long to get to me. The visit could have been about 45 minutes shorter. I do realize that I needed a second novacaine shot, but it didn't take that long to take effect. I spent too much time in the chair without any treatment of some sort.
