Just a heads up if you're thinking of purchasing a lot from Lakewood Capital. We've been in our home over 2 years now and these outdated falling apart signs in the entrance to our gated subdivision have been up for years now. It looks more like an entrance to a trailer park than a gated community. The properties have been sold out long ago and one sign is advertising for a sold out subdivision in the next county over. Lakewood 's response is " the signs were there when you bought the lot."
