DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! These guys are scummy and will do anything to get more money out of you. They wanted to charge me 10k for minor damage on the front of my car after I slid on ice and hit a guardrail. It took weeks to get my car out of their lot and moved to another shop. They broke my key so I have to use the spare now, and they also stole my charger cord from inside my car. AVOID

I had got my car side swiped on the highway and I’m not even going to lie, I was going through it! But thanks to Ai and the Lakewood crew the process was smooth and the work was prestine! From the moment Ai came and picked up the vehicle to when I left the shop. They also went above and beyond and detailed my vehicle. My mind was put at ease, also provided me with a rental. I highly recommend Lakewood Auto center.
