Nikita was amazing. After getting into an accident, she set me up with a rental and made sure all my damages were covered by my insurance. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car to Lakewood for body work.
Tried to rent a car from this place. Stopped in one week prior to date needed, was told "call me a day or two before, I got a hundred cars, no problem". Stopped in morning of day prior to date I needed the car...they were 20 minutes late to open, then I'm told "oh yeah, he doesn't come in for a couple of hours or so, let me take your license picture and he'll call you when he gets in". No call. I called twice that afternoon - no answer. Went to Enterprise, had a rental in 10 minutes. So much for reliability.
This shop was recommended to me when I was involved in a hit and run. This was my first time filing an insurance claim and dealing with a body shop so naturally I was apprehensive. Nakita at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, she and Jacob (the owner) walked me through the process and were able to get me into a rental while they repaired my car which was such a relief as that was my biggest worry.
