As well as flooding. *Section 8 is a thing for those who can apply. Luckily. * Unfortunately CAL AMERICAN doesn't care nearly enough to make basic improvements. Health hazards etc its like they want them to get worse!! Its really disgusting to know property management companies love money but not their residents
Beautiful and serene complex. Stores away from the beach and Lake Merced. Nothing like it in SF away from the downtown craziness

Anica, is great at what she does, and the staff are great. Anica helped me get information needed to rent. I have been here 2 weeks and I love it.
