Never, ever, ever rent from these people. I also had black stuff coming through my carpeting that made me sick. I spent 4 days in the hospital. My Doctor provided a note saying if I didn't move it would continue to make me sick. After providing the Dr.s note I was released from my lease. ( Doesn't this say that they agreed my apartment was making me sick?) Piss poor company. Informed of late payment caretaker of property later relayed they had received it. Company then proceeds to file for eviction with no notice provided nor provide the date of the hearing to prove payment was made and gave one day posted notice that i was to move out
Rediculous price for buildings that dont have lights (lamps cause more higher hydro bills) they have paper thin walls and no sound barriers on the floors so you hear everything! They say its renovated when all they did was remove carpet they dont fix things that have damage, nor even try (its an older building) is all i ever hear, theres no caregiver half the time and when there is absolutely no communication nor respect, things arent taken seriously, things are always broken, roof leaks all the time, they got an excuse for ... read more
WOW they must have gone downhill since 1999, I used to live in the beaver hill apartments and had a wonderful experience, clean apartments and friendly staff, I once called the caretaker because I had a problem and within the hour they had a contractor up to fix the issue, was the only apartment that I got my full damage deposit back, I only moved because I bought a house, I always said when I get to old I would move back there because I had such a great experience, but reading the reviews they sure sound awful now
Current tenant, although cheap, yes very cheap the new things they have done to the building are nothing short of disgusting! Changing things that were fine and worked fine all for a few more bucks. The lack of maintenance and cleaning around here is disgusting, the lack of empathy from anyone is disgusting, and as a few others have said no one knows what's going till it's too late!
