If I could give zero stars, I would. For the past four weeks, we have been informing management every single week that our oven is not working properly. Every time we try to bake something, it takes nearly two hours, which is completely unreasonable. Even after that, the results are terrible—the food comes out half burnt and half raw. The amount of ingredients, time, and money that has been wasted because of this issue is unacceptable. Bunch of scummy slum lords who dont care about Tennants, 8 years of living in one of their properties and it's never seen paint brush - but they put the rent up every year using loopholes in the rental tenancy act, despite the conditions of the properties. They cause issues and never deal with them, then threatened tenants who demand they do their legally mandated duties. There staff have been rude, threatening and aggressive - to the point where I wont talk to them anymore.
To sum it all up its a bunch of narcissists running a horrible scam! Expetially a certain lil missy who never apologizes for anything instead points fingures and manipulation towards it being ur fault when even with proof its her but she will never take responsibility for anything! Rediculous price for buildings that dont have lights (lamps cause more higher hydro bills) they have paper thin walls and no sound barriers on the floors so you hear everything! Wow. I would given a scathing review, but after looking at the overall reviews I can see it would be a waste of my time. All I can say is absolutely disgusting "management". If there is an unlikely reply from the company to this post I'll be more than happy to provide more details. My next stop? CTV, CBC and Global.
No care whatsoever. My furnace has been broken for three weeks now in below freezing temperatures. There has been no urgency to fix it and hardly any communication absolutely ridiculous. Please please do not waste your money renting from this godawful people.
