Lived in a Lakewood Agencies building for 10 years. First 7 I would of rated as a positive exp, they were responsive, friendly and quick to repair anything that broke. Last 2 years has been completely different. Don't even have to take my word for it, can look at my uploaded picture and see for yourself. Notice of eviction over a $14 fee which is illegal by RTB standards, can't evict over a fee, period. This fee was from 2017 when we missed our rent the one time in 10 years, which I called about on the same day and delivered... read more

I have lived in Lakewood Agencies Lakepointe 1 complex for 6 years. The last 5 years have included an above guideline rent increase. I see nothing positive to show for it. I lost my wood burning fireplace - one of the major reasons I chose to move here. It has been replaced with a cheap ugly electric fireplace that would cost me if I ran it. I lost storage room when they did the fireplace renovation. Every other notice shoved under our door treats us like evil doers - do this or get evicted! I gave my 2 month's notice and th... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. For the past four weeks, we have been informing management every single week that our oven is not working properly. Every time we try to bake something, it takes nearly two hours, which is completely unreasonable. Even after that, the results are terrible—the food comes out half burnt and half raw. The amount of ingredients, time, and money that has been wasted because of this issue is unacceptable. A technician came to inspect the oven but did absolutely nothing and simply claimed that i... read more
