As an adult CHOOSING an orthodontic treatment I couldn't T have chosen a better doctor with Dr. Dykes. He and his staff are always friendly, upbeat and professional. My daughter has already complexed her treatment here, and my son will be next. I can't say anything bad al all about this office and staff and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of orthodontic care.
Dr. Dykes, along with the entire staff, is amazing! We have really appreciated the flexibility in appointments and kind staff. We have had such a positive experience from the start. My son got his braces off today and as I sit here looking at his beautiful smile, I couldn't be more thankful and proud!
Susan is the best receptionist I have ever come in contact with. She is so friendly, caring and personal. The dental assistance (I can't remember her name) was very cordial in preparing my teeth for the braces. She told me what she was going to do before she did it. That was nice to know. She kept me informed how much long this was going to take. I liked that. Dr. Dykes was very nice, also. He seems to care for each patient he treats. I like my braces and will take good care of them.
