This is our 2nd project with Lakeville and they truly did an outstanding job. Rick, Kellie, and the team remodeled our bonus room converting into a teenage hangout. They also replaced the fireplace and stone in our living room. We absolutely love the results and we would certainly recommend them to our family and friends.

Rick and his team at Lakeville did an incredible job adding a bathroom and new hallway to our forty year old home. We have been wanting to add a bathroom to our guest room for years but never made an attempt due to the complicated engineering that was required.
