Heather and her medical staff are really great and the office is a clean, calming environment. However, scheduling and dealing with the front office can be a real chore - even as an established patient. First, to become a patient it took many attempts to reach out by phone and the website. Update... responding to the response I got... It doesn't happen everytime I call. It just happens randomly. About a third of the time I tried calling. I will update to 4 stars but am still bothered that even after I complained numerous times in person I felt no one did look into it and the problem continued. I do love everything else about this clinic. Screwed up phone system that just loups me to the beginning over and over. I select a different promt, and it just beeps then dead air.
