They handle homeowner issues amateurishly and in such a way that it costs me a great deal of money due to their negligencve. For example, I had a plumbing emergency and had to shut off the water to my condo yet the exterior valve is broken -\-\ that is a building issue and so is the responsibility of the Home Owners' Association. I rang the emergency line and was told that their vendors are not authorised to bill the HOA for repairs to the grounds, &c, and that I'd have to pay them on behalf of the HOA and then request (beg)... read more
