Great place to live, though a bit pricy and a bit more active with people and traffic than I expected. It's great to be away from excessive barking, screaming kids and loud music. However, I really wish they'd limit the park/resident landscaping to 2 days a week. Hearing it nearly every day can get old. The only other issue is with water problems.
